If your area was hit by a recent storm, there's a good chance you've experienced damage of some sort to your home. That's why we suggest having your home inspected, whether the damage is obvious or not. You may not have a leak, but your shingles, windows, or siding could very well be damaged to the point that replacement is required, and covered by your policy.
Having navigated many projects with Insurance Claims, we know the roadmap. We'll help you through each step as we meet with the field adjuster, and advocate for your best possible outcome! We ensure all damage is properly noted and accounted for on your behalf, so you don't have to worry.
Our Drone capabilities allow us to inspect difficult roofs with steep pitches that might otherwise be hard to do. It also gives us the capability to inspect large or complex projects in less time and manpower. The drone is able to capture images and video that can easily be shared with all involved. For simple or average roofs, the old fashioned method of climbing up there to see in person still works well.
Having built 100's of custom homes over the last 27 years, our expert approach to exteriors/repairs is borne of that home building experience. Simply put, we know home construction through and through, and implore those exacting standards on all projects we undertake. We handle everything from the claim advocacy to required permits, debris removal (dumpsters), and expert installation of the best quality materials.
Roofing materials can be damage by hail, wind, or ice dams. No matter what kind of roof you have, we've done it before. We have access to several product lines and types.
Hail damage to the average person may not be evident, but it can drastically reduce the "life" expectancy and performance of your roof. The "absence" of a leak does not equate to no problem. Having a free, no obligation inspection allows you to know whether or not there is damage, to what extent, and what course of action is needed.
Siding can similarly be damaged by hail and wind. Vinyl siding can be cracked or broken with hard line wind driven hail. Metal siding, gutters, vents etc. tend to be dented. Siding types such as Hardi-Plank or LP Smartside may hold up better, but can still be damaged or paint chipped depending on severity of the storm. Issues with siding are more obvious and visible to most due to the relative ease of visibility, but a thorough inspection will confirm one way or another.
Visible damage is not only unsightly, but worse yet are breaches in the building envelope that could allow moisture where it doesn't belong, causing even bigger problems.
Windows provide more than just a view. They are integral to your homes energy efficiency. Depending on when your home was built, and or if you have had previous upgrades to original windows, theres a good chance the replacement windows you'd receive would be much more energy efficient than what was there. The extent and severity of damage will dictate replacement. Whether its one or two windows, or the whole house, we offer many viable options. Including, but not limited to Andersen, Marvin, Pella, and many other brands that are very well equipped for Minnesota's climate extremes.

100% free of charge, obligation, or hassle. No catches. We hope you'll want to work with us after we provide you with extensive information and knowledge, but in the end it is absolutely your call to make, and you are not bound to us in any way.
If you think you may have damage, or if a storm occurred in your area, simply give us a call or email with your property address and contact info, and we'll come out. We can either meet you on site to review in person, or inspect while you're at work or away, and deliver the results via your preferred method.
Once we've confirmed the presence of damage, and assuming you'd like to work with us, we will help you navigate the claim process by meeting with your providers claims adjuster on site to discuss the damage found, all inclusions, and total cost estimates. Once approved by your provider (which sometimes happens immediately on site during this visit), we will move into the project phase of procuring permits, materials, and scheduling the labor. We manage the whole process from start to finish, keeping you in the loop on all details.
